Mosaic Movements acknowledges that we are standing on the ancestral, occupied land of indigenous peoples- land that we now call the United States. We pay respect to Indigenous elders, past and present while taking a moment to consider the many legacies of violence, displacement, migration, and settlement that places us together on this land today. We reflect on what our responsibilities are in telling historical truths and how our organizations, communities, and families support indigenous people on whose land we work, learn, and live on.
